They design presence trainings and virtual trainings for ITIL-based IT tools or frameworks and perform them or delegate these tasks to a coach pool depending on the project requirement
They develop professional requirements for the coach pool, control the implementation of the same, control external coach resources professionally and support the further development of internal coach resources
They are the central contact person(s) in all training questions - both for our coach pool and customer - and ensure that all training contents are presented and communicated in consistent quality.
They carry out feedback rounds with the trainers and develop methodology, content and documentation based on feedback
They continuously ensure that all training is consistent with the further development of the underlying software and with the developing requirements of the company and the customer
Successfully completed studies related to education, adult education, computer science or comparable
At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in IT service management with ITIL processes and at least ITIL Foundation certification
Extensive experience and competencies in performing training
Ability to communicate complex content in a comprehensible manner and to prepare it in an addressable manner
