Designing efficient workflows and continuous optimization of processes Development and maintenance of standards, standards and installation details for components, windows, shadings and glazing Responsibility for technical and commercial topics related to window elements and participation in coordination with suppliers and manufacturers Ensuring compliance with relevant policies (including RAL window installation policy) and creating clear work instructions Active participation in ideas management and implementation of KVP workshops Support in day-to-day business and exercise of leadership responsibility including employee selection Processing project-related questions and close coordination with construction management, project management, assembly, production and technical management Participation in technical meetings and professional representation of the team

You have completed training as a carpenter (m/w/d) with many years of experience in the field of components, windows and doorsteps or a qualification as a construction technician (m/w/d), master (m/w/d) or engineer (m/w/d)

You convince by safe occurrence, social competence and leadership You bring communication and team skills and are happy to work across areas You work structured, responsible and enjoy developing technical standards
