The St. Elisabeth Association also includes the six subsidiaries St. Elisabeth-Innovative Sozialarbeit gGmbH, Altenhilfe St. Elisabeth gGmbH, St. Elisabeth-Services GmbH, Senioren- & Pflegeheim Elisabeth GmbH, St. Elisabeth Altenhilfe Service gGmbH and the Louisenstift gGmbH.

In a double tip with clear responsibilities, you share the overall responsibility for the association and its subsidiaries. With your board member*in, you will lead the association in a strategic, conceptual, human and business perspective. You are responsible for the commercial management of the St. Elisabeth Agreement and its subsidiaries, including finance, budgeting and annual financial statements, staff and law and taxes. Your responsibility lies in the operational and strategic management of the three subsidiaries, with the emphasis on old aid and the offers of integration aid. In the Executive Board team, you are jointly responsible for the design of the diaconic profile as well as the representation and perception of the institution in the public.

They have an academic qualification in business administration or comparable and several years of professional experience in the commercial management of a complex institution; ideally with a focus on old age assistance and/or integration aid. Your well-founded commercial expertise and multi-year leadership experience enable you to take over the management of the St. Elisabeth Association and its subsidiaries. As an experienced manager, you maintain an appreciation and participative leadership style and work confidently with your board member, the second management level and other employees.
