As an initial point of contact, you receive requests from around 350 users: from the internal areas of Sales, HR, Finance, Marketing and IT. You can classify and solve 1st-level tickets independently in our ITIL-based ticket system ServiceNow and document your solutions sustainably. You support our users: within Microsoft 365 & Copilot, Windows clients, Active Directory / Entra ID, printers, team telephony, VPN and mobile devices (Intune). You pass on complex disorders qualified at the 2nd-/3rd level and plead our knowledge base. You build self-service solutions and increase the degree of automation with Power Automate and Copilot. You work closely with the IT Infrastructure & Security teams and the departments.
Must-have Completed training as a specialist:in for system integration or comparable qualification – or cross entry with relevant support experience First professional experience in IT support or service desk Very good knowledge of German (C1) and good knowledge of English Embossed service and customer orientation as well as a structured operation Basic ITIL understanding Nice-to-have Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune and Azure / Entra ID Routine with ticket systems (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow) First contact with automation and AI tools (Copilot, Power Automate) ITIL certification
