Carglass® in Germany is a specialist in the repair and rebuilding of vehicle glass. In Germany, Carglass® employs around 2,700 employees, including over 1,700 specially trained Carglass® technicians. About 550 employees work at the head office in Cologne, with around 200 employees working at the Customer Contact Center (Call Center). The company operates around 1.2 million. Customer contacts per year and helps drivers throughout Germany, either in one of the 402 service centers or on the move with more than 240 mobile units. You are part of the Recruiting team for our operational service structure and independently engage your regions. You are responsible for the applicant management of our Blue Collar positions (e.g. service installers). Your daily tasks include the publication of job advertisements, the preselection of applicants and the conduct of telephone interviews. You act as an interface between different stakeholders (e.g. Area Manager / Business Partner and HR Specialists) along our entire application process. You have a look at recruiting trends and key figures, and you are taking steps to successfully occupy your positions. You are an active member of HR projects (e.g. location extensions) and you focus on recruiting topics.

Education/Studien: Completed studies, e.g. in the field of BWL/ Psychology/Economics or completed commercial vocational training incl. Professional experience. Professional experience: You have already gained first experiences in the Blue-Collar Recruiting and/or the staff sector. Expertise: You have basic knowledge of labour law and knowledge of communication. IT and language skills: Good knowledge of the MS Office programs and reliable knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Other: Embossed communication skills and empathy, structured working and self-initiative. - You share our values!
