Number: MER00042KD Our department is responsible for defining and managing warranty and cunning services for Mercedes-Benz cars and VAN worldwide. Our teams are very closely linked to the technical departments in the aftersales. You define the warranty and cunning rules and requirements for all Mercedes-Benz dealers worldwide. You ensure that with the appropriate IT systems a regular remuneration of the repairs carried out in the case of warranty and cunning to the dealer takes place. You also monitor compliance with the requirements and examine requests from dealers for correctness. AI Use Cases are already in use to increase efficiency, automate existing processes or simplify upcoming tasks. Other AI Use-Case ideas are defined and in the PoC or MVP status in the test. These challenges include: AI Use Cases: Working with the Identification, Development and Implementation of Use Cases to automate or make processes more efficient

Organisation of AI Events: Active support in the planning, organisation and implementation of internal AI events such as Townhalls, AI Cafés and other formats to promote knowledge sharing and networking and to keep internal colleagues in AI up-to-date

Communication and Stakeholder Management: Support in preparing communication materials and presentations for different stakeholders

Meeting Management: Organization, Pre- and Refurbishment of Workshops and Meetings, including Protocol Management

Document Management: Care and Structure of Project Documentations and Knowledge Management Platforms

Ad hoc tasks: take over administrative and organisational tasks to relieve the team

The activity can begin from June 2026.

Course in Economics, Business Informatics, Engineering or a comparable degree programme

Enthusiasm for modern technologies: You bring a strong passion for innovative technologies, especially in the field of AI and digital tools, with

Teamplayer: You are a real team player who enjoys actively shaping and engaging our Capability Team

Agiles Mindset: Confidence with agile mindset and working methods such as Scrum is advantageous

First experiences: Ideally, you have already gained first experience in project management, PMO or project coordination (e.g. through internships or student initiatives)

Analytical skills: You have a pronounced analytical and conceptual way of thinking and work structured

IT knowledge: Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) is of course for you. Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Copilot...) are advantageous

Communication strength: You are high-communication, team-ready and are safe

Language knowledge: German and good English knowledge in word and writing
