Manager IT Security & Compliance (m/f/d)

Information security / compliance: You continuously develop the ISMS according to ISO 27001, create and maintain IT security guidelines as well as guidelines in coordination with relevant stakeholders and contribute to the further development of information security standards. You can also support the CIO as a 2nd Line of Defence in security and compliance issues. IT Risk Management: You analyze the existing IT landscape in terms of security and compliance, identify and evaluate risks and prioritize them. On this basis, you can derive concrete recommendations for risk mitigation and accompany their implementation. AI: You develop and monitor AI agencies, define security requirements and ensure their integration into the existing ISMS. Security Incident Management: As a 2nd level interface between SOC and Servicedesk, you coordinate the processing of Security Incidents and are available to users as contact persons. In addition, you identify optimization and training needs and initiate appropriate measures. Vulnerability management: You coordinate vulnerability analyses and penetration tests, evaluate identified vulnerabilities and prioritise these risk-oriented. In addition, plan, control and monitor measures to address the vulnerabilities in a sustainable manner. Cooperation in projects and control of security initiatives: You bring your expertise into projects and control security initiatives to build and continuously develop security solutions. Make sure that information security requirements are implemented early and effectively. Awareness: You sensitize employees through target group-specific communication, training and simulated attacks. Existing awareness measures and instruments continue to develop. Operations and Reviews: You check, standardize and release firewall rules and conduct reviews on information security and IT compliance. In addition, you continuously maintain and update security-relevant documentation.

Education: You have completed studies or comparable training with a focus on IT or information security. Professional experience: You bring several years of professional experience in information security or related topics. Expertise: You have a well-founded knowledge of these tasks and a good understanding of current trends, legal requirements and developments in data protection and information security. Decision strength: You convince with pronounced decision-making, proactive working and a pronounced hands-on mentality. Operation: You work independently, responsibly and work on tasks structured and solution-oriented. Team capability: You have the pleasure of working together in the team, communicating convincingly and understanding to sensitize colleagues on safety aspects. Management competence: You have first leadership experience or are willing to take responsibility in this area. Language knowledge: You communicate safely and professionally in German and English in word and writing
