Process Owner Lead-to-cash (f/m/d)

Responsibility for defining and describing business processes and their modeling and improvement Creation of business cases and profitability calculations to support process changes Determination of test scenarios and monitoring of test runs to ensure process quality Creation of process instructions and guidelines as well as approval of audited processes Preparation and implementation of user training and workshops to promote process competence Definition of company guidelines for data quality and analysis of master data quality Creating reports on master data quality and support in implementing new requirements Responsibility for the development and maintenance of data models, dashboards and reporting applications, including training and workshops Key User Guided Tour in the Regions

Multiannual professional experience in the sales service / Customer Care, Export, Service, Process Exper or more Professional leadership experience desirable Master / Diploma of Science desirable Experience in production planning/logistics of technical products in need of declaration Good knowledge of business processes Analytical thinking and ability to understand new processes and implement them to the organization High level of self-initiative and independent working and team skills Ability to advance and support changes English and (inter-)national readiness to travel
