The focus of your activity is the contract management for all distributors of our brokerage and cooperation. You will review and manufacture contracts for the reconnection of partners (Makler, MFA, Pools, Intermediary, Banks, etc.) and address the ongoing partner administration. You are the first contact person for the sales units of the partners and all relevant interfaces in connection with the contractual connection and contract management. You actively participate in inventory transitions and the further development of the partners and participate in negotiation rounds. You take on the leading responsibility for receivables management and take on the conception and introduction of new and/or the further development of existing contracts and payment systems. You control project management in a leading or collaborative function, both in your field and across areas with agile and classic methods. Last but not least, our work organization and digitized processes continuously develop and shape them forward-looking.

You convince with empathy and a good understanding of the needs of sales, working independently, solution-oriented and bringing negotiation skills. You are team- and service-oriented, communicate clearly and bindingly and are happy to work in the team. Change, innovation and continuous training are always fun, you think entrepreneurial and trade with far-view. You have a degree in BWL, Economics or Law or have completed a comparable training in insurance. You bring professional experience in external services or in cooperation with regional sales units and/or sales partners. You have knowledge of intermediary law (e.g. HGB, VVG, BGB, EU Intermediary Directive, VVG) and in the payment system of the BarmeniaGothaer (required, but not a must). You are sure to use the current MS Office programs and use new instruments of the agile working world (e.g. Jira, Adonis, agile methods). The readiness for occasional business trips completes your profile.
