Supporting the strategy department in implementing the corporate strategy and in managing board and management issues Cooperation with strategic and operational projects, including technical topics (e.g. R&E initiatives, process optimizations, market and technology analyses) Analysis, evaluation and preparation of complex facts as well as preparation of decision templates and presentations for the Executive Board Support in coordinating and supporting cross-disciplinary projects and special initiatives Working with organization and transformation topics to sustainably anchor strategy and change processes Participation in international growth, localization and go-to-market initiatives Basic understanding of methods and systems for implementing and tracking strategic goals (e.g. OKR or comparable approaches) Takeover of selected administrative tasks (e.g. appointment and theme coordination, follow-up of decisions, preparation of meetings)

Complete university studies (e.g. business management, economic engineering, technical or natural sciences) Multiannual professional experience in an industrial company or management consulting related to strategic or technical projects readiness to work on technically complex issues Analytical competence and ability to prepare content in a clear and addressable manner Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Communication strength and team capacity Very good English skills in word and writing Secure handling of common IT tools (MS Office, collaboration and communication tools) Ideally first experience in strategic demand management or in the control of strategic programs Suitable for severely disabled persons, according to the task and request profile
