Office Assistant (m/w/d)

To support our customer in Stralsund, we are looking for a dedicated and reliable employee (m/w/d) for the cemetery management, which with heart and organizational talent contributes to supporting our cemetery operation smoothly in disease representation for 4 weeks (32h/week).

Organisation and coordination of cemetery management Maintenance and management of cemetery data, burial sites and documents n- Coordination of burial and care services with service providers and craftsmen Monitoring compliance with cemetery regulations and regulations Organisation of funerals and cemetery events Administrative activities such as scheduling, documentation and accounting

Completed training in administration or a comparable qualification Organizational talent, sense of responsibility and empathy Friendly appearance and good communication skills Careful operation and reliability
