For DSV Holding Germany GmbH we are looking for a Compliance Specialist Business Ethics & Integrity (m/w/d) at Meerbusch.

You advise disciplines and management on all issues related to compliance and actively contribute to identifying and minimising risks through the analysis of regulatory requirements at national and international level. You ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and internal requirements in the field of labour law and co-determination (company constitutional law). You develop strategic initiatives that sustainably strengthen our compliance structure and monitor the application of existing policies. Incoming information about the IntegrityLine will be handled responsibly and will help to continuously develop our information system and internal processes. In addition, you create and update policies, standards and processes and work closely with internal interfaces such as Legal, P&O and Work Councils.

Completed degree in economic law, law or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in collective labour law of advantage Experience in logistics, transport or supply chain Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Very good English skills in word and writing Very good MS Office knowledge Embossed social skills, safe occurrence and independent and team-oriented working
