Tasks

• They support the department management in human and organizational matters
• You are responsible for monitoring dates, compiling documents and evaluating staff status messages
• They are responsible as IT officers for identifying the need for technical devices and for maintaining access rights for IT services and rvSystem
• You order office supplies and other equipment and are responsible for the property review of the identity cards
• They contribute to the preparation, planning and implementation of meetings and events
• You do write tasks and perform registration work (also in digital formats)

Activity range

The Department of Prevention and Rehabilitation ensures the ability of our insured persons to work by consulting and granting rehabilitation and prevention services. In cooperation with the contract institutions, we take responsibility for a consistently good quality of rehabilitation and its further development.

Profile

• You have completed vocational training or a comparable qualification with first job-relevant professional experience from an assistance position and/or office or project management
• They are safe in handling modern office communication (MS Office and databases) and can quickly work into new programs
• Ideally, you already bring SAP knowledge with you
• A safe, binding occurrence and address-oriented communication skills are yours
• You have secure spelling and grammar knowledge and good German knowledge in word and writing
• You have the pleasure of organizing and driving things forward, even with a variety of topics, keep an overview
