Responsibility for the operational management of the production site Leadership and further development of a team of at least 120 employees (including executives) Ensuring efficient, economical and high-quality production processes Analysis, development and control of relevant KPIs for continuous improvement of production performance in raw sausage production Optimization of processes along the entire value chain in raw sausage production Identification and Implementation of Improvement Potentials (Lean Management, Efficiency Enhancement) Analysis of technical problems and the development of sustainable solutions Investment planning and support of technical projects Close cooperation with quality assurance, technology, logistics and purchasing Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements, in particular in the field of food hygiene and occupational safety

(m/w/d), food technology (m/w/d) or comparable training and/or completed studies in food technology, production technology, engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual leadership experience in the meat industry or comparable food industry Finded practical experience in raw sausage production, including smokers, tyres, mold ripening and storage Detectional responsibility for larger organisational units (min. 150 employees) Knowledge of industrial production processes Experience in the definition and control of product-specific KPIs, ideally in raw sausage or ripe goods production Strong technical understanding and ability to work deep into complex technical issues Solution-oriented thinking as well as detectable implementation competence Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking Communication strength, enforcement capacity and leadership skills
