Diploma in general health care and nursing at the time of employment (for foreign diplomas must be nominated or must have a corresponding confirmation of the admission to the professional exercise of the Federal Ministry of Health and Social Affairs) Care management or equivalent training or willingness to complete within 3 years Multiannual experience in management and leadership Representation function would be advantageous Positive basic attitude to the company and identification with corporate values Organizational skills and leadership skills Very good ways of handling and sovereign persuasion Flexibility in terms of changes readiness for additional services if required Economic thinking and cost awareness Responsibility, commitment and initiative Team and communication skills, independence
