The body shall include the following tasks and responsibilities: Advising the specialist areas on labour law issues and on complex issues of employee representation rights Responsible negotiations with over-local employee representatives in the Group Sector Automotive on relevant topics Independent development of labour law and/or personal policy guidelines, regulations and standards with group-wide reference Monitoring relevant changes in the national and European legal situation, analysis of the practical and economic impact, and appropriate and timely communication to the relevant areas and contact persons in the Group Sector Perception of the interface function in higher-level strategic collective law issues on employers' associations Accompanying, consulting and controlling organisational structural changes, such as, for example, the breakdowns and breakdowns of companies or parts of companies and restructurings Independent cooperation in national and international projects and cooperation in building an international laboratory-relation network in the Group Self-employed development and responsible implementation of labour law training concepts Representation of technical interests of Continental in external working groups, e.g. in business associations

Completed legal studies focusing on labour law Multiannual work experience with a focus on labour law, in particular on collective labour law Including experience in cooperation with employee representatives Extensive knowledge of human resources policy and HR Restructuring experience German and English language skills in word and writing
