Consultant Business Development & Digital (m/f/d)

You’re in the middle – and you’re crucial to the further development of our 2030 strategy by identifying potentials and requirements. You take responsibility – by driving digitization and innovation projects, such as process optimization, data integration or automation. You are a networker – because you work closely with operating units and executives and combine technical, economic and digital requirements. You convince – through sound analyses, clear concepts and sovereign presentations, such as business cases, project progresses or transformation measures. You get involved – by combining technical and economic perspectives and suggesting new ways to continue.

You have a successfully completed degree in technical (economic/ingenieur) or business administration. You bring first relevant practical experience, for example in industry, production, building chemistry, building materials or in digitalization/transformation projects. Alternatively, you have several years of professional experience in project management and business development. You have a very good understanding of operational processes and interest in advancing digitalization in a technical environment. Your work is characterised by proactivity, pragmatism and structure. You communicate confidently at all levels and have the pleasure of preparing analyses, concepts and presentations convincingly.
