As a growth-oriented group with 8 branches across Germany, we are now looking for you as a real estate agent (m/w/d) as a reinforcement for our team of RENTA-Servicegesellschaft mbH for our location in Leipzig. Your duties

Service-oriented, efficient and timely processing of all customer requests in the commercial and technical field Associated property base of residential and commercial properties in commercial and technical fields master data management ERP/CRM system (DOMUS) decrease and transfer of units with digital logging Management and use of rental security Examination, implementation and monitoring of rental potentials settlement of any correspondence with self-organisation Examination & approval of booking documents Monthly, extra-judicial receivable management Consultation on the initiation of judicial proceedings or the legal order Examination of payment/business incidents via bank program (SFirm) Creation of real estate accounts and evaluations Control and award of services Recruitment of supply and service contracts / insurance Recreation & Audit Maintenance/Restoration Measures Full processing of insurance damage Regular object visits/ state checks Ensuring all traffic security and maintenance obligations of the owner

Completed vocational training or studies in the real estate sector Multiannual professional experience in property management desirable Knowledge of management software Domus4000 desirable Secure handling of MS Office applications (in particular Excel and Outlook) Structured and independent operation Team skills Embossed service idea Communicative, reliable, flexible Very good German knowledge
