Lead by Example: You live the flaconi-spirit on the surface, actively control the customer flow and ensure that our team creates a first-class “addictive” customer experience even in peak times. Performance Coaching: You translate operational KPIs into clear action plans, perform regular briefings and motivate the team to top performance through creative internal challenges. Inventory Master: Together with the Supply Chain Team, you control the flow of goods, minimize inventory differences and ensure that our shelves and highlight areas (Selective, Exclusive & flaconi Collection) are always perfectly equipped. Visual & Brand Standards: You guarantee an immaculate store image and make sure that visual merchandising, cleanliness and technical POS tools always match our premium plans. Strategic Support: You support Store Direction with market and competition analysis, create meaningful business reports and develop strategies to increase surface productivity. Resource Planning: You opt for personnel deployment planning and holiday planning taking into account the business feeds and ensures a safe working environment according to all Health & Safety guidelines.

Leadership Experience: You bring at least 2 years of experience in the professional leadership of teams. Operations professional: You have several years of experience in retail operations and have a hand for complex processes. Know-how: You have profound knowledge in commodity management systems, cash management and work security policies. Analytical Mindset: You are extremely organized, structured and love to tackle problems independently and solution-oriented. Tech-Savy: The safe handling of MS Office is standard for you. Language genius: You communicate safely in German and English. Other language skills of advantage. Vibe: You have a high resilience, a 'Get-it-done''-attitude, and you're trying to write the flaconi retail story.
