Business Continuity Management (BCM) Expert*in/ Krisenmanager*in

You carry out regular risk assessments and business impact analyses, evaluate our critical business processes and demonstrate the effectiveness of the applied measures through emergency tests and crisis rod exercises. In the team, you define requirements and regulations that arise from regulatory requirements and take part in third-party audits/audits. In addition, you will set up crisis management plans for the defined scenarios and perform awareness training regularly. The agreement of test and exercise plans with the controllers and the examination of the results are also part of your work. You support the central crisis unit in crisis management and regularly take part in exercises. With your proven experience and your will to design, you will also actively contribute to the further development of the BarmeniaGothaer BCM/Crise Management.

You have a high understanding of the process, a pronounced conception and very good problem solving and communication skills. You have profound organizational knowledge of a regulated company and a strong passion for security and resilience. You have completed your studies, e.g. the economics, (economic) informatics or business administration, or have gained comparable professional experience and brings well-founded process management experience. Business Continuity Management and Crisis Management are thrilling you and you could ideally gain experience. You could ideally already acquire certifications in BCM, ITSCM or crisis management. In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards (e.g. DORA, ISO/IEC 27031, ISO 22301, BSI 200-4) as well as very good German knowledge complete your profile.
