The South of the Malteser Wohnen & Pflegen gGmbH combines five of our facilities in Bavaria, which are modern, human and holistic: the St. Elisabeth Malteserstift and the Marienhospital in Erlangen, the St. Nikola Malteserstift in Passau, the St. Joseph Malteserstift in Starnberg, and the St. Felix hospice in Neustadt an der Waldnaab. In our 18-month trainee program you will learn the diversity of a modern non-profit organization! We prepare you step by step for a leadership position, as a perspective house management in our South region, in one of our stationary old care facilities. Exciting practical applications in our facilities, a training program tailored to you and interesting projects are the cornerstones of our trainee program in nursing management. We are looking for you from 01.10./01.11.2025 to strengthen our team for our region South!

You will get to know the stationary old care at Malteser Wohnen & Pflege from the outset and get comprehensive insights into our facilities in the South region as well as into central areas such as controlling or personnel at the Duisburg site – through hospitals on site or digitally You take on your own responsibility the control and coordination of various projects in the field of old care and actively contribute your ideas and skills You support the specialist departments in operational day-to-day business and work on cross-disciplinary tasks and processes You will be accompanied by our facilities during your practical operations and will learn about the strategic and operational management of a first-hand care facility, such as the analysis of key figures, the structuring of processes and the direct support of the management force

a successfully completed bachelor's or master's degree in nursing management, health economics, business management, or another degree program related to the healthcare sector through practical experience in relevant work students' activities, internships, and/or training, you bring new perspectives and ideally first experience in project management a self-confident, authentic appearance with very pronounced communicative skills and empathy Creativity in the development of new solutions and the motivation to identify and advance topics proactively an economic and entrepreneurial approach with a good understanding of figures the motivation to develop you into leadership Recognition as a home management or the willingness to participate in appropriate training for obtaining the home management qualification Identification with our objectives as a Catholic aid organization You have a class B driver's license and a high willingness to be mobile in the region
