Machine and plant operation: Self-control, equipping and monitoring of modern production systems in continuous 4-shift operation

Crane guidance & transport: Secure moving, positioning and transporting of heavy components and raw materials using Hall crane / Bridge crane

Quality assurance: implementation of standardised testing, visual inspections and precise documentation of production results

Maintenance & maintenance: Acquisition of regular maintenance work, minor troubleshooting and maintenance of assigned machines

Qualification: Successfully completed technical or craft training (e.g. as an industrial mechanic, metal maker, mechatronic, tool mechanic or comparable specialist qualification)

Crane license: Valid crane license (control authorization for flur-free/flur-controlled hall cranes) and detectable practical experience in crane guidance

Layer readiness: Full readiness to work in the 4-shift model as well as a high degree of reliability, precision and safety awareness

Language knowledge: Good German knowledge in word and writing for smooth documentation and compliance with all work safety requirements

Attractive remuneration: Performance-oriented payment according to BAP/DGB tariff agreement including over-tariff allowances as well as relevant shift and industry surcharges
