Coordinator of IT Applications and Basic Services Electricity and Gas (a*)

You take over the application responsibility for selected IT applications in network operation and are the first respondent for these systems. You will ensure the stable operation of the responsible applications, monitor system and process interfaces, and process disruptions in close coordination with IT and the departments. You are a central interface between departments, IT and other business units such as asset management: you accept requirements, advise the departments, align content and coordinate implementation. You accompany the further development of the responsible applications, initiate necessary adjustments, support tests and prepare the introduction or modification of these applications for the users, for example through training and documentation. You support network operation in all themes relating to office IT and telecommunications in indoor and outdoor services, in particular in hardware requirements, in the coordination of basic services and in the establishment and maintenance of permissions, drive structures and access rights.

You have a completed qualification as a master*in or technician in electrical, automation or information technology or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have at least five years of professional experience in the technical environment, preferably in network operation or in a comparable infrastructure company, and know the processes and processes there. You bring good knowledge of IT applications and have experience in the practical support of IT systems, for example in the authorization management and in the basic services of office IT and telecommunications. You work structured and reliable, take responsibility for your themes and draw your attention through your own initiative, willingness to use and willingness to design. You enjoy working with different areas, can communicate content in a comprehensible way and use your analytical skills as well as your process understanding to clean up requirements and develop appropriate solutions together with the stakeholders.
