At the next time and in full time, we are looking for a controller (m/w/d) for our client, who takes over the control and further development of the controlling for the German company at the location in Osterrönfeld.

Operational and strategic controlling to manage the daily business Analysis of costs, key figures and economic developments as well as the creation of nominal actual comparisons and deviation analyses Creating meaningful evaluations, reports and presentations for management Implementation of post-calculation in production and active participation in budgeting, medium-term planning and forecasting Development and provision of a reporting dashboard as a service for internal areas Definition, monitoring and stabilization of central control characteristics (KPIs), in particular in the production sector Creation of database-based evaluations by creating and optimizing SQL queries Close cooperation with the managing director, accounting, production management and controlling of the French sister company

Completed studies in a relevant field such as accounting, finance, controlling or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in controlling, ideally in a manufacturing company Very good knowledge in Excel as well as experience in handling ERP systems Analytical thinking, entrepreneurial understanding and a structured, solution-oriented way of working Embossed communication and team skills in cross-departmental exchange German language skills in word and writing Good French knowledge (at least educational knowledge); a business language course is supported if necessary Knowledge of SQL is advantageous
