The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) – Institution of Public Law – is the central real estate company of the federal government. The main areas of responsibility are the uniform real estate management, real estate management and real estate sales, as well as the forestry and nature-protection services of the property. Organisation, implementation & documentation of the works for forestry (civil operation) for the exclusion of risks related to combatants Registration of the respective areas of work as a clearing point and coordination with the authorities responsible for the clearing of combatants (KMR) Technical support for the creation of forestry operating instructions Technical support of forestry measures and site visits to combatant areas (KMVF) Conducting geophysical measurements Implementation of occupational safety-related instructions on the risks to combatants Maintenance and maintenance of required equipment (e.g. probes) Technical assessment of vulnerable areas Verification of ground engagement surfaces for the presence of metallic interfering bodies Construction-accompanying fighting equipment A+E operations or other projects, e.g. for sealing and renaturation measures Preparation and implementation of the recovery of metal scrap and the like Management of deployment camps for the safe storage of fund ammunition to pick up by the fighter remediation service (KMBD) Creation of exploration and space concepts Monitoring, quality control and acceptance of third-party fighting equipment This service is often attended by missions.

Qualification : Completed university degree (FH degree/ Bachelor) e.g. (w/m/d), fireworks/fireworkers (w/m/d) or completed vocational training in the field of combatants/munitions Competences: Valid certificate according to § 20 SprenG or the willingness to obtain this short term Multiannual professional experience as a technical supervisor in the field of weapon clearance is desirable Basic knowledge of forestry measures and processes is desirable Knowledge in the field of measurement technology Knowledge and experience in the application of geographic information systems are advantageous Basic knowledge SAP or the willingness to acquire these short term Other: Green, careful and reliable operation Good organisational skills, economic thinking and acting skills Good opinion Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even with increased workflow Customer/addresse-oriented behaviour and targeted negotiation skills Ability to act in a team-oriented manner, critique and social competence Class B driving licence and standby for the independent operation of service vehicles Ready for multi-day missions
