In the team, You develop solutions for the further development and agile transformation of the branch with a focus on forwarding processes. You identify optimization potentials in the areas of digitalization, sustainability and logistics processes. You are responsible for the installation of new customers as well as the holistic supervision of the Go Live and the transfer to the daily business. You lead projects to success in cooperation with the department and branch management.

You have completed your studies in Business Administration (BA/FH/Uni) with a focus on forwarding and logistics, as well as initial practical experience in the disposition and the forwarding environment. You bring experience in process design and continuous improvement processes (KVP) as well as initial insights into project and innovation management. You have a basic understanding of transport management systems (TMS) and a good understanding of logistics processes. You have very good English skills in word and writing, as well as basic knowledge in another European foreign language (e.g. French or Spanish). You convince with a pronounced communication and presentation strength as well as a sovereign appearance. You bring a high self-motivation to professional development, a pronounced team orientation and openness to new technologies (e.g. AI) and an agile mindset in a dynamic working world.
