We are now looking for an employee Automotive Technology (m/w/d) for the operation Railway Logistics in full time. This activity is carried out at Leverkusen, Dormagen and Krefeld-Uerdingen sites. Seat is Leverkusen

Your main tasks:

Responsibility for safe rail operation of own and rented vehicles and two-way vehicles

regular verification of equipment; deadlines; Coordination with suppliers; weekly inspection

Creation of locomotive concept under the criteria Availability, cost-effectiveness and sustainability with adequate monitoring/controlling

Ensure that the staff with the equipment is handled safely and carefully

In personeller op. Resource scarcity – support of op. Operation

Coordination of the maintenance of leased locomotives with the respective ECM controllers

Control of driving vehicles used with regard to operational safety

Responsible for monitoring the safe state of the vehicle fleet in railway logistics

Participation in the management of all relevant documents in coordination with the SMV

Participation in internal and external audits

Proceedings of motor vehicles, preparation, execution and documentation of test journeys

Takeover/transfer of drive vehicles

completed training in a technical profession desirable or technical understanding

Driving licence Kl. B, brake sampler, qualification for the ranking companion

AEVO case desirable

Knowledge of vehicle maintenance systems and ECM

Knowledge of locomotive technology and their maintenance periods

Series knowledge of existing vehicles

Driving licence Kl. B

Knowledge in MS-Office and SAP

German in Word and Writing, English desirable
