We are looking for a team management (m/w/d) with a focus on organisation for the Herzog-Christoph-Residenz in Stuttgart in part time/full time.

You plan the tours of the Mobile Service and start the appropriate personnel deployment planning. You'll take care of new customers and customers in the tours. You lead and promote your employees. You shape workflows. You are responsible for the quality of our outpatient care. You are a representative of the people we care for and their relatives.

Completed 3-year training in a nursing or medical profession, e.g. as a medical specialist (m/w/d) desirable Insufficient professional experience in appointment/organization/practice management or care management leadership experience of advantage, but not absolutely necessary Car driver license desirable, but not necessarily necessary Organisational skills, sense of responsibility, professionalism and solution-oriented action Communication skills, team spirit and empathy
