Technical Consultant (m/w/d)

Your tasks: • Customer support and advice on technical solutions and systems • Analysis of customer requirements and development of tailor-made concepts • Installation and commissioning of systems at the customer's premises • Training and Instruction of Customers for Optimum Use of Solutions • Recognize and solve technical challenges, both remotely and locally

Your qualifications: • Complete technical training or studies in the field of IT, engineering or Other • Experience in technical advice or consulting • Embossed problem-solving skills and joy in handling customers • readiness and flexibility for external services • Very good communication skills and a high level of customer orientation
