You take over the structured processing, professional plausibility and standardization of Excel data messages that are transmitted by our customers, insurers and other partners (e.g. report lists and inventory lists). You develop procedures to convert these data messages into a uniform format and automate recurring work steps. The focus is on data processing, data quality and the technical definition of ETL requirements – no technical software development You work closely with colleagues in direct customer support to optimize the administration of the managed supply units. You participate in customer appointments and tunings for data transmission and assist in the optimization of the data interfaces, data formats and the implementation of the data into the management systems. You create evaluations, reports and dashboards that provide coordination and decision bases for the department and management. You document processes, support the definition of data standards and contribute to the further development of automated data flows with (ETL approaches) at a professional level.

You have a successfully completed study in the field of data analysis, business informatics and others. Alternatively, you have a completed training as a specialist in data and process analysis, a merchant/buyer for digitalization management or the like, as well as relevant professional experience in data analysis You have very good knowledge in Microsoft Excel as well as experience in Excel automations (e.g. Power Query or simple VBA macros). Knowledge of Power BI or Power Machines is a plus, but no requirement You bring experience in dealing with tabular data, ideally in the context of insurers or occupational retirement. Knowledge of occupational retirement provision is advantageous, but no prerequisite. You convince by communication strength and a safe occurrence in customer and voting talks. You have fluent German skills You can easily structure complex data and translate it into clear, comprehensible recommendations – even for non-technical target groups In addition to their organizational talent, you will show healthy commitment and a strong team spirit
