The remuneration is based on the collective agreement of the metal and electrical industry, Hamburg/Environment. The gross annual fee is at the start at about €47,000 for a weekly working time of 35 hours. In addition, collective wages such as additional collective wages and other special payments under collective agreements apply. The entitlement to this varies depending on the duration of the service to the respective deadline.
