You are actively gaining new customers in indoor and outdoor services – from the telephone cold acquisition to the successful contract conclusion on site. You are responsible for the entire recruiting process for your team, from the candidate search to the interviews to the recruitment. You plan your employees' missions independently, set up the schedules, ideally with the Zvoove software, and ensure the perfect match between staff and customer order. As the first respondent, you enter and guide your employees, promote their development and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Through your competent consulting, you build sustainable customer relationships and act as a strategic partner for your solid customer base. You create employment contracts and ensure compliance with all relevant labour and collective agreements.

You have a completed training for the personnel service businessman (m/w/d) or you already have relevant professional experience in the classic time work as a personnel manager (m/w/d), sales manager (m/w/d) or personnel consultant (m/w/d) with You draw your attention through strong customer orientation and sales strength You have knowledge of German at least C1 level You have very good communication strength and negotiation skills You have fun in sales and are motivated to win new customers: You have good user knowledge in all common Microsoft Office products and you could probably already gain first experience in handling the software “Zvoove” You are a team-ready, reliable, structured and also in stressful situations, you have a “cool head” and a class B driving licence rounds off your profile (required for the field service)
