Responsibility for the implementation, monitoring and further development of environmental, health and safety standards (EHS) within the engineering department Own-responsible creation, maintenance and further development of risk analyses & risk assessments and derivation of appropriate measures Take over the function of the Immission Protection Officer for the Pfaffenhofen site and ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements Cooperation with authorities, service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of EHS performance Technical support of EHS inspections, audits and internal tours including follow-up and action tracking Creation of reports, documentation and approval applications Conception and implementation of training measures incl. Preparation of training documents

completed university studies in an engineering or natural science course; as an alternative Master/Technist with several years of experience in the EHS sector Evidence of experience in the preparation and application of risk assessments and technical risk assessments Knowledge of relevant legal regulations, standards and regulations (e.g. BetrSichV, GefStoffV, TRGS, ISO 45001, 14001, 50001, Environmental Law) Embossed technical understanding and experience in handling complex systems Experience in implementing immission protection measures in a production environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry Technical course according to § 7 of the 5th BImSchV desirable Very good communication skills, independent, structured and responsible working Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
