You take over the (special) group leader function of the WpHG compliance function You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (WpHG, MAR, MiFID II/MiFIR, MaComp, MiCAR) You develop and monitor compliance processes in securities and depot business You create and update the risk analysis and the monitoring plan You are contact persons for the fields in regulatory issues

Complete studies of economics, economic law, law or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in securities compliance Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements Analytical thinking and high risk sensitivity Sovereign appearance and communication strength First leadership experience desirable Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
