Design and support of the Performance & Talent Management Programs in all relevant fields Responsibility for the derivation and implementation of individual development measures as well as the targeted application of property-diagnostic procedures within the framework of recruitment and promotion procedures Advising our executives and employees in development-relevant issues as well as promoting potential and performance providers as well as their succession planning Support and support in identifying individual and team development measures Active participation in overarching HR projects at national and international level, which supported collaborative and innovative thinking and establish our values and cultural guidelines

Studies in Human Resources Management, Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management, Business Psychology or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in personnel development, in particular in performance and talent management Knowledge of the application of acquiring diagnostic procedures and project management Experiences in performing presentation, moderation and coaching Embossed communication skills and a predictive and structured manner
