At the Düsseldorf site, you are responsible for a fixed portfolio of customers and their equity and object companies. Own accountability and management of German holding, holding and real estate companies as well as production of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB Preparation of Group Reporting Packages according to IFRS Collection of current business transactions Preparation of sales tax declarations Examination, booking and depositing of invoices in an online document management system and settlement of payment transactions Participation in real estate or Private equity transactions, purchase and sale process (asset or shares deals) and similar transactions in cooperation with the customer and external consultants Editing and Guidance of Junior Accountants and Review of Work Results Contact for customers, auditors, tax advisors, local real estate managers (Property Managers) and colleagues in Germany and abroad Oral and written communication regularly also in English

Studies with a focus on accounting/controlling, training as a tax specialist or comparable courses

Multiannual professional experience in accounting

Very good knowledge of HGB and basic knowledge of IFRS

Basic knowledge of accountingly relevant tax regulations

Practical experience in dealing with one of the common accounting systems (Lexware knowledge of advantage)

Safe handling of MS Office, in particular well-founded Excel knowledge

Very good numerical understanding as well as a process-oriented thinking and working method

Team spirit, commitment and a high degree of self-responsibility

Good English knowledge of word and writing
