Corporate HR Development Team: HR Strategy, Corporate Culture & Change Management: Participation in the development of HR strategy and support for rollout Developing a communication concept and creating documents for mapping a HR strategy Developing initiatives to strengthen and further develop corporate culture Close cooperation with the Centers of Expertise & the personnel managers of the regions Working in implementing the “Enabling Landscape Change Management” initiative with the aim of strengthening the organisation’s ability to change: Development and introduction of learning paths to support self-guided learning Independent implementation of elements of the communication roadmap and preparation and moderation of information events and workshops

You are in an advanced Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Psychology, Communication, BWL or in a comparable degree course or in the Gap Year You have first practical experience in the Group: Ideally in personnel and organizational development, cooperation in HR projects such as “Change Management” You have a proactive, independent and flexible mentality as well as a pronounced strategic and analytical way of working and thinking You have excellent communication skills in German and English as well as high digital affinity (e.g. MS Office, Teams, Outlook)
