You lead and develop your team with heart and clarity You care for motivation, good mood and real sales energy You keep numbers in sight and control your areas actively You plan personnel deployments and ensure smooth operations You use goods images and visual merchandising for sale You work closely with purchasing You introduce ideas how we can get even better We are not looking for a perfect Vita, but the right personality! You have gained experience in retailing and have already taken responsibility – perhaps already as a representative or team management.
