Nursing professional as integration officer in international recruitment (m/f/d)

We are looking for you as Stabstelle in direct work for Pflegedirektion in fulltime or parttime .

Your tasks:

• You conduct the selection talks and accompany your new international colleagues in onboarding
• They are responsible for the practical instructions of international nurses and prepare them for the practical recognition examination in cooperation with the Academy of Education; at the same time, you support the integration into the existing team structures
• They communicate in the interface of the various actors: nursing director, specialist and executives in KBN, central international recruitment, housing management, integration officer of the other Geno hospitals
• You represent your colleague in integration management and also perform administrative tasks related to the recognition procedure

Your profile:

• They are nursing professionals with professional experience and can ideally demonstrate a qualification in the practical instructions
• Communication strength, social and conversation skills, empathy and organizational talent are among your strengths
• They are flexible in time and always have an ear for “your” international colleagues
