Plant Mechanic Master - Building Technology / SHK (m/f/d)

You coordinate and organize the plant sanitation and heating in the technical building management of the Autostadt Safe, trouble-free and economical operation of sanitary and heating systems You coordinate professionally the employees employed and tax as well as monitor entrepreneurs You plan, coordinate and monitor maintenance You monitor compliance with legal requirements, technical rules and operator requirements and accompany troubleshooting and repair measures You document and process the measures in the CAFM system and you are a contact person for customers, clients and internal interfaces in technical issues

You have a successfully completed master training in the field of sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology (SHK), e.g. as Installer- und Heizbauermeister (m/w/d) – mandatory Ideally you have experience in refrigeration technology and a cold certificate You have experience in coordinating employees and technical service providers You have well-founded knowledge of the maintenance, maintenance and troubleshooting of sanitary and heating systems You know the relevant technical regulations, standards and legal regulations well You will be safe and have strong communication and organization skills as well as an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
