We understand the importance of a transparent IT landscape and a mature IT-Change management. As a Process Manager (m/w/d), you support the implementation of the IT strategy as well as the associated governance mechanisms and the release management in the global IT environment. The focus of the role is on operational process responsibility for the topics Configuration and Change Management.

Your future tasks Perform and maintain the Configuration Management Process, including maintaining and updating Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Ensure smooth change management process including monitoring, support and release (CAB) of approval processes and continuous improvement Develop and implement a roadmap for a holistic and agile configuration and change management in accordance with ITIL best practices Main contact partner*in for internal and external stakeholders in all operational matters Maintaining, improving and implementing processes within the ITSM solution and creating reports Conducting training and operational support for colleagues and external partners, including creating user manuals and work instructions Participation in cross-departmental projects as an operative expert for configuration and change management and assignment of process-related topics

Complete university degree with focus on IT or completed training as a specialist or comparable Professional experience in IT-Service Management (especially Configuration and Change Mangement) Experience with ITSM tools in Configuration, Change Management, Reporting and IT Service Management Very good understanding of ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 Confidence with IT governance, compliance and audit requirements German and English skills

You're passionate about working in an agile team with an English-speaking Product Owner. You can effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, proactively manage their requirements and convince customers with your ideas as well as your safe occurrence.
