Inhouse Salesforce & Analysis Expert (m/f/d)

Planning, control and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across different channels Conception and implementation of email marketing campaigns including target group segmentation, testing, shipping and success measurement Supporting sales teams in the use of the CRM system, such as customer lists, campaign management and event evaluations Training and onboarding for CRM processes and marketing applications Control of external service providers and technology partners with defined quality and time requirements Responsibility for CRM and marketing automation projects from conception to implementation Coordination of internal stakeholders and external implementation partners Further development of CRM usage to optimize business development, customer interaction and lead management Analysis of relevant CRM and marketing key figures Development of meaningful dashboards and management reports Measuring campaign success, user behavior and marketing ROI Further development of existing analysis and reporting structures

Successfully completed studies in economics, business informatics, computer science, communication, data science or a comparable subject First to multi-year professional experience in marketing, CRM, marketing automation or business development Experience in managing projects and external service providers Funded knowledge in email marketing and lead generation measures Safe handling of data-driven marketing approaches and modern sales and marketing technologies Ideally practical experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Analytical and Structured Operation High self-initiative and strong solution orientation Communication strength and professional appearance Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Enthusiasm for digital technologies, automation and AI applications
