machine/work preparation: independent, application-optimized assembly of the parts to be processed from the delivery area, in compliance with the production order dates; Identification of components Installation: preparation of the welding assemblies and welding seams by manual trenching, drilling and plasma cutting; Checking and optionally grinding the welding electrode producing and monitoring: welding: clamping the welding parts, stapling, aligning and welding of the welding assemblies according to the welding instruction (WPS) and work documents; Visibility, measurement and color penetration test according to test plan/work instruction, detection code or Charges for welding assemblies Repair welding: grinding and welding of the damaged area / welding seam, welding instruction (WPS); performing a colour penetration test according to the test plan/work instruction; Life monitoring of all wear parts and consumables Transfer, Logistics: After completion of a work process, according to work instruction, work pieces are packaged and feedback of the work process in SAP and delivery of work pieces to the next work cycle Disorder handling: In case of defective workpieces: either slight errors caused by reworking or the generation of an error message and the removal of the parts for error analysis; In the case of machine maintenance: cancel maintenance report; Machine maintenance: cleaning of the working area and carrying out maintenance work / operation monitoring according to maintenance plans KVP: cooperation in quality improvement measures, cooperation in process optimization

Complete vocational training as a specialist with the subject of welding technology Multiannual, relevant professional experience in WIG welding (e.g. pipe / container construction) would be desirable Team skills
