Professional leadership, coaching and further development of the marketing team Together with the team development and further development of the international marketing strategy as well as deriving effective measures Common development of brand positioning and ensuring consistent corporate design Planning, prioritization and management of marketing campaigns for lead generation and sales support in coordination with the team and departments. Coordination and continuous development of website, SEO, SEA, social media and marketing automation Joint creation and optimization of marketing and sales documents for technical products in need of declaration Planning and implementation of international trade fairs and events together with the marketing team and departments Analysis of relevant marketing KPIs and derivation and implementation of optimization measures in the team Close cooperation with sales, product management and development and promotion of cross-departmental cooperation

Complete degree in marketing, communication, economics or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a technology-oriented, industrial or technical environment Experience in the professional leadership of employees, interdisciplinary teams or cross-disciplinary projects Knowledge of digital marketing, brand management and the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation as well as pronounced communication and organizational capability Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
