Your area of responsibility You ensure high-quality, holistic care of patients according to the medical concept The care of people with mild to severe psychosomatic disorders belongs to your working day The care process in the context of psychotherapy is designed autonomously and structured During the entire hospital stay, you accompany the patients holistically and professionally special patient observation under psychosomatic aspects. The takeover and management of care-therapeutic groups also falls into your area of responsibility You work constructively and value-adding in the multi-professional team Working together daily clinical activities flexibly and take part actively and continuously in supervisions If necessary. A targeted and professional discussion can be carried out safely and you are also involved in specific further and further training to develop your skills Your profile You have a completed three-year training as a health caregiver or a comparable qualification Strong communicative skills as well as high social competence bring you with an empathic, patient-oriented basic attitude shapes your work You have a stable and reflected personality The availability of active relationship work within the framework of reference care is of course an open, positive attitude to working with other professional groups rounds off your profile.
