Your menu

For one of our locations in the area Heilbronn / Nackarsulm we are looking for a group management (m/w/d) for the kitchen. In this position, you are responsible for the operational management and further development of our kitchen team and are instrumental in ensuring our high quality standards:

• Staff management & development: management, motivation and training of the kitchen team and the output staff as well as preparation of service plans
• Quality Assurance & Freshness: Ensuring the highest quality standards and freshness of food according to our standards, compliance with HACCP guidelines and continuous optimization of workflows to increase efficiency
• Assortment development: further development of food supply in coordination with food management, based on guest feedback and minimization of food waste
• Organisation: Coordination of cooperation between the kitchen and service, as well as ensuring an efficient kitchen operation in compliance with budget requirements

Your ingredients

• Successfully completed training for the cook (m/w/d)
• Multiannual professional experience, ideal in system gassing
• First leadership experience of kitchen teams / smaller groups desirable
• Organizational talent, enforcement ability and high care
• Very good German knowledge and knowledge of HACCP standards
• High level of sense of responsibility, willingness to use and independent working
• Economic thinking, reliability, flexibility and team spirit
