Your tasks:

• You are in close contact with the builder and form the interface between him and all the specialist planners involved in the construction (corresponding to the performance of HOAI and AHO), as well as between the specialist planners.
• You are responsible for the coordination, control and compliance of dates, costs and quality, and you will start regular milestone reports.
• You are responsible for reporting and assist the builders in decision-making with regard to quality, costs and dates.
• With architects, specialist planners and authorities, you regularly vote. You make sure that all processes in your area of responsibility can run smoothly.

Your profile:

• You have a degree in architecture, civil engineering or economic engineering and has 3-5 years of professional experience in the construction management and project management.
• You have knowledge of AHO Issues 9 and 19, HOAI and VOB.
• In dealing with MS-Office and with common cost and schedule programs, you feel safe.
• You have an open-minded personality with self-responsibility, strong customer orientation and high consulting skills.
• The ability to interdisciplinary, structured thinking and acting distinguishes you. Negotiating skills, enforceability and communication strength complete your profile.
