Reception and hosting of in- and external guests and visitors Processing of input and output mail including internal forwarding Acceptance and processing of telephone and written requests Ordering and administration of office materials Support for travel bookings and management of the internal travel system and consumer requests

Completed commercial training First professional experience in dealing with external service providers desirable Very good German and good English skills Self-employed and systematic work Good team and communication skills paired with safe appearance and organizational talent
