Coordination of administrative HR processes in talent, learning and development formats Take over first responsibility for selected products and modules of cultural and human resources development Participation in first projects of cultural, human or organizational development Support for further HR areas as needed, e.g. in health management, employer branding or recruiting Care of HR systems and learning platforms Creation of reports and presentations Communication and interface management with internal and external stakeholders

You did... a degree in economics, psychology or a comparable discipline first practical HR experience Lust to be responsible for first products and projects in Culture & Development Joy of administrative HR processes and work structured, carefully and reliably good digital skills: safe to use Microsoft 365 (in particular PowerPoint & Excel) and ideally first experience with HR systems/learning platforms Communication strength and team spirit a proactive, learning way of working and curiosity on culture and human resources development issues
