As part of this area, our product team “General Accounting” is responsible for the SAP Financial and Accounting (S/4 HANA) with> 150 booking circles of the Otto Group and high project share. We are a team of 13 colleagues who are distinguished by a great team structure, deep technical and processive SAP know-how and a lot of humor. You want to work internationally? As a product manager, you design and prioritize the product backlog and the professional orientation for our 13-member international team. You translate customer, market and stakeholder requirements into concrete tasks with the consultants and developers to ensure maximum customer value and product benefits. You control the development in agile and optionally hybrid project environments. You’re suggesting a close and continuous exchange with our internal departments and stakeholders to proactively identify their needs, challenges and expectations and ensure that the developed solutions create maximum value and benefits for them. You accompany the entire life cycle of applications, from conception to application support, and contribute to the further development and optimization of our processes. As a creative stimulus, you actively develop your own optimization proposals and initiate and proactively drive new projects and projects for your product in cooperation with our experts. Your agile mindset and your ability to master complex technical challenges are crucial for the success of our projects You work on S/4 HANA systems with support from Cloud ALM, the SolMan (OCC, ChaRM, Focused Build) and Focused Run.

Found practical experience as Product Ownerin, Product Managerin and/or IT Project Management The ability to put themselves in the position of internal customers and stakeholders, to really understand their needs, challenges and pain points and not just to accept the superficial requirements.
